1. Services
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Services include magic shows, entertainment, and performances for events such as birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
- The duration and type of show will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
- The balance payment must be cleared before or on the day of the event.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by management.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be informed at least 7 days before the event date.
- Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
- In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons from our side, a full refund will be provided.
4. Performance Conditions
- The client must ensure proper stage setup, sound system, and basic facilities (if required).
- For outdoor shows, arrangements for shade, sound, and seating must be made by the client.
- Any delay in event start time due to client arrangements may reduce performance duration.
5. Liability
- Magician Balraj Sharma and team will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the event.
- We use safe and family-friendly props, but children must be under parental supervision at all times.
6. Photography & Promotion
- We may capture photos or videos of our shows for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish for your event to be photographed, kindly inform us in advance.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panchkula, Haryana.
